When my friends parent passed away they named her as trustee and inherited their house and stated that if she passed away thr house go back in tryst whst dies thst mean

The devil is in the details, and your friends may be mistaken. I've had many meetings in which a client thought that a provision giving a home to an alternate beneficiary if the named beneficiary dies first actually controls what happens to the property after it was distributed outright to a beneficiary. It's important to review the actual trust document to know for sure.
