Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
if my grand father left me money and in the will it says at the age 18 was supposed to
recieve it but my mom is the executer but it was in the will put in the minor gift act
and now i am 37 and still have not got it how do i collect it or find where the funds are
and was she allowed to use the money for her own personal investments under the minor act law.?

She was not allowed to use it for her personal expenses. You can try suing her for it, but you may have a problem because of the 19 years you have waited to enforce this. You will have to show the court you did not know and could not reasonably have known about your rights until recently. If you can show that, you probably have a case against her.
