Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My Grandfather left an annuity to my mother, she died before he did. He left the annuity with her as beneficiary. He died leaving it that way. My Brother and I are her only living issue. Are we entitled to it?

If he did not name any other beneficiary, the annuity belongs to his estate and will have to be distributed through a probate.
