Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
my grandfather property
my grandfather owned 2 houses land and several bank accounts, my granfather passed away in 2004 he was married and everything was listed jointlyhis wife passed away in 2005 my dad was my grandfather only child and my stepgrandmother had one child before she married my grandfather. my father died in 1995. my stepgrand mother left a will naming her son as the excutor the son have a unrecorded deed to both properties and the land. in the will it listed my sister as an heir but it dont say what she will get. i wanted to know if im intitled to my father portion of will being he has passed on.
