Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
What should my grandma do if my Aunt stole her original will? My Aunt threatened my sister and mom telling them they have been removed as trustees. My grandma made a second revision to boot my Aunt as s trustee and put my sister and mom. The lawyer mentioned something like nk more revisions due to grandma being 100 Years old.
I'm wondering too if my Aunt forged my Grandmother's signature as well. Does she have the power to remove trustees? I know lots of questions...sorry.

This is a terrible situation. Consider filing to be grandma's guardian. That would give you legal authority to protect your grandma's interests, with the court system to back you up.
Good luck.
Contact the department of adult protective services in the county in which your grandma lives. It may be a division of the district attorney's office or a separate entity but pretty much all if not all California counties have some protection agency for seniors.
