Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My grandmother died 7 years ago and her estate has still not been settled. My mother died 7 years ago as well, but before my grandmoter. Since my grandmothers will was not changed, my sister and I became the beneficiaries of my mothers portion. My aunt is the power of attorney and was the maker of the living will. The other party involved is my uncle. My aunt and uncle arent getting along which is why the estate has never been settled. We are worried my aunt has spent all the money and the estate will never be settled. Any advice on who to call or what to do to get the estate closed.

I'm not sure what you mean by "maker of the living will." If you can't get them to shake a stick, you might have to seek court intervention to hold their feet to the fire. You could petition to have them removed as executor(s), seek to be appointed as administrator, demand an accounting, etc.
