my grandmother left a living trust with property in it, but it was never put into the deed of the property? what do i do to transfer the property to myself since it was left to me?

It may be possible to have a court declare that the property should be passed to you as it were in the trust. What you haven't said is if someone else is claiming that they get the property if it is passed as if though it is not in the trust. If you have this conflict with another person you will have a contested court proceeding. If there is no other person you are in conflict with a local attorney should be able to accomplish getting you title for not a lot of money. Although I am licensed in California, I recommend you consult an attorney in the county in which the property is located or in which your grandmother died.
