Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My grandmother has two trusts, the family trust and a living trust. As a beneficiary or trustee, am I entitled to a copy of the trust documents?

If your grandmother still has the right to change who the beneficiaries are, then you have only an expectation that you will inherit, as opposed to an irrevocable trust that cannot be changed to disinherit you. If the trust can be changed then you probably do not have the right to any of the trust documents.

You don't have a right to see the trust until it becomes irrevocable. That is usually upon the death of the trustor, in this case, your grandmother.
