As the primary beneficiary, you are entitled to prompt review of the trust document to properly ascertain your rights therein. The trustee owes you this as well as an accounting of the estate at issue. If you would like prompt, affordable assistance in this legal matter, contact us directly this week for a free phone consultation.

If your Uncle is the trustee of the trust (the person named to be in charge) then he has to be faithful to the terms of the trust and the intent of the settlor (your grandmother). This sounds like a case where a review of the actual trust terms is important and an accounting may be in order. If you need further help, please feel free to contact me.
