Grandms dies, has house, no will, keep /sell/cashout?

house is about to go forclose, I'm the grandson and was raised by, and lived at the home as mine, and dont wont to lose it, yet mother wonts cash out, I'd like to keep and mabe sell. confused on leagl terms and what I should do?

you need to retain an attorney to advise you of the options available at this time. it is likely that probate of your grandmother's estate will be necessary.
