Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

my grandpa did not have a will, my grandpa doesnt have a spouse as she died allready.. my grandpa had 3 children.. how is will dvided and am i entitled to any of this if he lived in california and so do i

No, unless your parent who was grandfather's child died before your grandfather.

Without a will, the estate is divided among his three children. If one of his children died but left children of their own, those children would take their deceased parent's share.
