greatgrandmother's trust
my grandmother just passed away and she was the trustee to my greatgrandmothers estate that mention trust to go to grandchild now my mother is decease now and was a grandchild does her surviving children by law get that trust

I am a little unclear on your facts.
However, the terms of the trust will usually dictate to whom and when distributions are to be made.
You may want to have an attorney review the trust documents. Also, you will need to get an idea of the nature and extent of the assets in the trust.
