Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am guardian of my daughter's estate. Because I did all the original legal work myself, the monies she inherited are in a "blocked" account. I want to move the money from the original financial institution to another to benefit my daughter. What forms/process do I need to get the court's approval?

You will need to complete and file a Petition for Withdrawal of Funds from Blocked Account (Form MC 357). Note that in the body of the Petition you explain that you want to move the funds from one account to another. You will also need to check the local rules for the court in the county that you are filing to see if it has any requirements regading the filing of the Petition.
