Is it possible to obtain a Guardianship over the person of a minor for the limited purpose of obtaining medical benefits for the child, where the parents have no health insurance?

This could probably be worked out with an agreement and a limited guardianship, but first check the requirements of your health insurer to make sure that would qualify.
