Heirs Rights Being Denied

Please help mee i dont what to do

The Executor(my sister) has Absolutly refused to Allow me access to any and all records,lied to the courts, Dispersed Real prop to disinherted brother,allowed other brother to remove items left to others witch contained critical data to the estate (inventories),Failed to act in my best interest at all and i believe is conspiring with the oldest brother to defraud me! had lawer(JOKE)I have evidence (UNDISPUTABLE)But i cant get any info on MY RIGHTS and PEBALTIES TO HER HELP

You need to get another lawyer! If your sister has violated the terms of a will, she will be liable to those who should have received things. You are entitled to see the will.

You should have an attorney file a petition in the probate court to object to the executor's actions, and to remove the executor on those grounds. If the executor is bonded, you may also need to make a claim against the bond company.
