Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Heirs rights to see details of A/B Trust

My father passed away two years ago. My brother is executor of the will which is in an A/B trust. My step-mother is A. Do I have the right to see the details of the B trust now? My sister and I have concerns about my brother's possible manipulation of properties, etc. regarding our joint inheritence.

Thanks for your posting. As someone "involved" in the trust, you do have a right to know the details of the trust. You should demand a copy of the trust, in writing, with a response within a certain period of time. If there is not a response, you may sue to get an accounting and remove the administrator of the trust.
