Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

hello,

i own no property except for my vehicle.

do i need an attorney to make sure my personal posessions go to the person to whom i want them to go ?

what should i do ?

Your personal possessions are property too. A simple will is fairly inexpensive, and can provide for the distributions as you desire.
