Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Hello.
My name is Erich. I visited your site approximately this time last year, regarding Probate Law, 'my deceased mentally ill step-father and his family with bogus Will & Trust after declaration of illness, and no other children'. Your lawyers were unable to help me, more so, seemingly unwilling to help...however; after talking with a Paralegal I found on my own, I've (Propia Persona) managed to move my case to LA Superior Court in October of this year, going through 'all' the Probate Court preliminaries... I believe your company, your endeavors to help clients; more time should be taken with each and everyone of the clients that contact you for your services, to be a viable resource service.
I look forward to a response...
Sincerely,
Erich

Erich:
I think you have a misunderstanding as to the posting of replies on lawguru.
Lawguru is an independent website that will receive questions from people and forward those questions to indepedent attorneys who have decided to answer or not answer questions that are forwarded to them.
Thus, when you are posting a question on lawguru you are really just putting up a question and hoping that an attorney sees your question and wants to respond to it. The responses you get, if any, are purely voluntary and are from attorneys who are not representing you and have no professional relationship with you.
In other words, you reference above to giving more time to each individual "client" is inapplicable as the people posting questions are NOT clients of the attorneys who are posting responses to the questions that have been posted on lawguru.
If you want to hire an attorney or law firm you need to contact a specific attorney/firm and enter into an attorney-client relationship with them.
