Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
homestead on house
me and my family live in my grandparents house. which are both past away for sometime now. there is a will that my aunt who is now past away was the executive of. the house was left to no one but my father is on the will as homestead. we don't know what this means. but when my mother tried to put the house in my fathers name my aunt put a stop to it so it was never done. but now we need to know where does this leave my father and my grandparents house?
