I am the sole heir of a living trust , the person has died and the property is sold . How much can I inheiret with no taxes ?I have full power of atty. I was told that about 1 million is a no tax thing on this , is this correct .?The money for the house is now in a trust fund , set up by me in the bank . The money was wired to it from escrow . thank you
