Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

when my former husband died in June 2011 leaving no trust or will, his brothers and sisters seized his new motorcyle, his new truck and anything they could get their hands on. There was also a significant amount of money in his bank account. My husband has an adult son and not only did the siblings not inform the son of his dad's death I think they stole what was rightfully his. I am not looking for anything for myself.

That sounds bad. You ex's son should have consulted a lawyer right away.
