Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My husband is currently disabled and receiving Social Security. Our kids will begin to receive it as well in March. I will be considered the Payee for my kids. In the event something happens to both of us will someone have to then take over as payee?

You have to ask Social Security what happens in case of your death [different type of payment then].
