Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My husband and I are divorced. I am on the bank note of our home but not the title. He is leaving calif, moving to S. Carolina to get married. If he dies does his new wife get the home in calif? I quit claimed the property to him. Do I need him to sign a living will to give ownership to our children if he were to die?

You're divorced. He can give his property to anyone that he wants.
