Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

my husband was left all personal property in his fathers will.. it reads I give and devise all personal property-consisting of..... jewelry-furniture-appliances-other tangible articles of a personal nature-automobiles cash on my person-or my interest in any such property .... my question is does that include his mobile home on a permanenet foundation? thank you Y. Steele

I would think not. The mobile home is real property that problably can not be moved. It does not seem to fit the definition of personal property.
