Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

husband & wills

my husband has no will because he says when he dies I will get everything anyway. We each have 2 children from previous marriages. Is that true about I will get everything? Will it be up to me to give his kids anything? What about Mutual Funds that are in his name?

Re: husband & wills

No. Your husband is misinformed. Buy him my book. You can download it online. It is written for laymen and gives the complete story about how to protect your family when death or disability strike. Its short and to the point. It will also permit the two of you to take care of everything without a lawyer.

Insist, otherwise you will pay the price later.

You can find the book at www.yourlivinglegacy.info.

Yes, but only if all community property and the mutual funds beneficiary designation is in your name.
