income and principal of trust income survivor trust , martial trust and residue trust in the discretion of the trustee deems resonably for her proper health, education, support and maintence.
How do i get trustee to pay . Does the attorney have a say to what is covered.
the trustee is my brother who is also the executor? ie sister ,a trustee also, paid
for my dead dads dog , which lives with me, a beneficary. Made a vet appt. got the highend flea meds no problem all taken care of for the dog. Then I ask for 2 tires
and they say no. Money isnt the issue.

I would suggest that you make a written request to the Trustee. Send with that request a financial statement showing your assets and liabilities along with a summary of your income and expenses. If you substantiate your "need" then the Trustee should comply with your request. If the Trustee fails to comply with your request, you should speak to the Trustee and if you still do not get the support you need, it would then be time to retain an attorney to file a lawsuit.
