Can an individual by appointed trustee of more than one living trust at the same time?

Yes, as long as there is no conflict of interest or other issues that could create a breach of fiduciary duty or the breach of the duty of loyalty to the beneficiaries of the Trusts.

I recommend that an attorney who is familiar with Trusts review all the trusts to determine if the terms of the trust are adequate to protect you, as the Trustee, so as to avoid any future problems.
