Re: Need Info

fraud, intentional misrepresentation, common law deceit, etc..

if you have not signed the paperwork yet, or even if you have, you may want to retain an attorney to look at the agreement offered to you specifically by your brother in order for you to be better advised of your rights and/or potential loss of rights in this particular situation. if you would like further legal assistance in this matter, feel free to email directly with more details and how you may like to proceed.

Re: Need Info

Thank you for your inquiry.

Although it's difficult to state without hearing the full story and looking at all the court documents, it may be that your brother wants to be free of the possibility of being sued for mismanaging assets or worse. You should always consult with an attorney before you sign anything you have questions about from a legal point of view.

I hope that this answer helps, but if you have other questions, want more information, or feel that you need legal representation, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected]. I'm happy to help in any way that I can.
