inherandence wills

If 2children/adults are in a will,with land&properdie,and if one children/adult dies,can they leave their portion,to there spouce or children or does the other child/adult inherite all of that is in the will,by their parents.

Typically, the decedent's will usually states what should happen to that deceased child's share. Usually, if the decedent has grandchildren, he or she will have included them to take their deceased parent's share by dividing their parent's share among them. The will governs, though.
