inheritance
my dad died leaving apprx.10 mill.in real estate etc. his wife is still alive, my sister and i were never legally adopted by my dad because my real dad would not sign papers for him to do it.. we grew uo 42yrs. as our step dad as our dad. are we intitled to one half of his estate and her the other half??????he left no will.

You may have a claim to his separate property--with no will, all community property goes to the surviving spouse. Consult an attorney to discuss the specifics.

This is a fairly easy question with no precise answer. There are probate statutes that may answer your question if you know how to read them. Otherwise, I would suggest consulting an attorney. You may have a claim to some of your fathers money depending on very specific factual information.
