Can ex-wife in Alaska sue for my husbands inheritance (father)? Child support claim was closed in 1999 by State of Alsaka, at state's request. Said ex-wife wasn't cooperating. We have letter from state.

She can still make a claim on the estate, which is subject to her proving her claim.
