Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

inheritance

my mother died,and she had a mobile home,she never put it in her name, she bougt it from a family friend. when she died, i was moving to nc, so my aunt said to put it into my brothers name so he can sell it and split the profits with me. but to get it into his name they had to fudge the paper work because it was never register into my moms name, now my brother is there, and it has been 3 years,he has a roommate living there and he wont call me to tell me how it is going, or put me on the title. i had him sign a paper stating that he understood it was only in his name for the purpose of selling it and that half of the sale goes to me. i also have a paper that which my aunt states that she fudged the paper work to get it into my brothers name...i just think they are tring to scam me, and now. i have tried calling to resolve this, but they wont answer my calls. what can i do? i have spoke to one attorney, and they said i can bring them to probate court and petition the court, claiming they they are taking inheritance by fraud.

can you help please, and advise me on what to do?

i moved to nc, to take care of my grandfather,and was reasured that my interest will be handle right, but it has not been. thank you..... please help
