Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Inheritance

My X-Husband is about to inherit money from his families estate, and I was wondering if I could go after him for back-child support since he did not pay support for 15 years. The children are now young adults. They are now 25 and 22 years old.

Thank you, Barbara

You'll need copies of all year old papers or at least the original so that the attorney can check in your county based upon the action number of the dissolution of your marriage.
