I inherited a condominio and bank accounts in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.
My question is: Should I transfer the money down there to the USA? what kind of liabilities will I have if I do that?

The important thing is for you to properly report ownership of your foreign accounts to the IRS - you should consult with your tax preparer regarding this.
