Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I just inherited a house from my mom and me and my brother already live in the house. But becuz of a disagreement I asked him to get his stuff and get out. He grabbed a few things and left. He came back three days later and broke into my home by the kitchen window. So what do I have to do to get him out

You will need to evict him through the court process. You will have to start the process for an unlawful detainer. The fact that he doesn't pay to live there does not make much difference, and you cannot change the locks to force him out. Once you receive a judge's order (which takes at least a few months) the sheriff will remove him if he refuses to leave.
