interest trust transfered

in a will of my unckle the trust was established. with ,y unckles death my father inherited his interest in a sizeable trust, In the original will it stated that in the event of my fathers death his interest passed to me stated by name in the will. now at issue is that my brother deels thaT HE IS ENTITLED TO HALF OF THAT INTEREST, IN THAT TRUST,,IS THAT TRUE?

No, your brother is not necessarily correct. It all depends on what your uncle's trust said. He COULD specifically name you as successor beneficiary to your father's share.

This may create some problems between you and your brother unrelated to the legalities.

You can get a copy of the trust and have an attorney review it.
