Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
IRA withdrawal
I made mistake in the amount of withdrawals from my borther's IRA. It was $160,000 and not 4160000 which was a typo.
My brother lives in California. do you take such cases on a contingency basis. The amount that I would recover if fraud was detected would be $65,000.

Re: IRA withdrawal
Probably not on a contingency basis. Please provide more details. Are you accused of improperly withdrawing from this acct? Or did someone else do this to you?

Re: IRA withdrawal
I don't know what you are talking about. But, a $65,000 recovery on a fraud case is not worth doing on contingency.
