When processing a will and a revocable trust where can one look to find any previous wills or a previous irrevocable trust ?

I've read the response by Ken but thought

of one other place you might look. Sometimes,

the grantor will record at the local county

recorder's office, whats called an abstract,

which is a document that describes the trust,

etc., and which will give you additional

information that might help you find other

documents, the attorney who prepared it.

It could be anywhere. At the very least you should search the person's home, ask their bank if there's a safe deposit box and contact any lawyer they may have had contact with an ask if he has a copy.
