MY NAME IS JOHNNY MEJIA AGE 43, MY LIVE IN PARTNER GINA COLINDRES 54 LIVED IN SAME HOUSE FOR 11 YEARS. THIS PRESENT MOMENT IN TIME IVE BEEN LAID OFF OVER A YEAR 8/9/2010 TILL TODAY. MY PARTNER TENDS TO LEAVE FOR MONTHS WHEN UPSET AND NOT ONLY LEAVES ME WITH ALL BILLS TO PAY BUT DOESNT BOTHER TO HELP WITH THE MORTGAGE, THIS TIME SHES BEEN OUT OF HOUSE FOR 4 MONTHS. I AM FALLING BEHIND ON MORTGAGE. WE WERE DOING LOAN MODIFICATION WITH WELLS FARGO BANK BUT SHE WILL NOT COPERATE WITH HER PORTION OF PAPER WORK...I WILL BE WORKING SHORTLY WITH ANOTHER BODY SHOP. .I WAS LAID OFF AFTER 22 YEARS AT SAME LOCATION. house was bought in 2000 for $198000.00 today its worth $330000. what can i do.? can she be taken of house deed for abandonment. She is also on the house deed.. I owe $130000.00 left to pay. Im tired of her not only leaving and not helping pay bills wich she has done several times thruout her stay with me

If you are certain the property is in both of your names you will have to file a partition action to force the sale of the property. Very expensive to do that. If the property is in just your name you are fine, just list it and sell it for $330,000. and walk away from the whole situation.
