joint property mother dies father remarried new family

my parents bought and paid for a home. mother died, father remarried started new family. stepmothers name was never put on deed. father passed thirteen years ago and stepmother never filed probate of fathers estate. father left no will. since my parents purchased property 56 years ago what are my full sister and my rights over this property compared to those of our half brothers? do my sister and I receive 50% of our mothers real property? how does the division of property go concerning my full sister and half brothers? please reply as soon as possible half brother selling property and appointed himself executor of the estate.
