Are my joint tenancy with rights of survivorship lost when title is transfered to a family trust?

the purpose of the trust covers so many other aspects that the loss of joint tenancy rights, which i never do or recommend, is inconsequental and therefore moot --- ask your attorney the effect and if you are doing this yourself you are not capable given the question you asked to know the proper clauses which are necessay, tax sensative, optional in whcih you may need --- get an attorney
