joint tenency

Currently i have joint tenency with my father on properties in california. His lawyer is creating a trust and making a new will to include my three siblings. What rights do I have to the properties as a joint tenent? can my ownership be taken from me?

Your dad can sever the joint tenancy if he gives you proper notice. You will still own 1/2 but will not have right of survivorship.
