Judge entered default judgement in guadianship case

been going thru temporary guardianship hearings w/ 1yr old daughters grandmother. fighting case. grandmother has made up stories & lies such as neglect, drug abuse, imcompetence all of which none are true in order to manipulate the judge. she gained temporary guardianship because i was not served papers for that hearing, when she told judge she did. Car broke down was not able to make it to permanent guardianship hearing, so judge entered default judgement. Could i file a motion to set aside default judgement in this type of case what does that include & where can i find those forms. If not, what do you suggest
