Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

The Judge has finally closed the estate and set a dispersal date. To make a VERY long story short, the executor of this estate has been less than forthcoming, and based upon this executor's past, and current conduct, It is my opinion that the executor will not follow the Judge's orders. Is it too late to retain an attorney to represent my interests in the estate? I want to make sure the executor follows the Judge's orders. Would it be possible for an attorney to take the case on a contingency fee?

You could retain an attorney to supervise the disbursement but I doubt anyone would take it on a contingency unless it would be a percentage of your share.
