Judgement and Probate
I have a 5 year old judgement against someone that passed. The probate process was started 2 months ago. They have real property and i haven't filed for Abstract of Judgment..is it to late??

Not too late, get that abstract issued by the court and recorded with the county recorder, and also file a memorandum of interest and costs, read Collect Your Judgment. You might also want to file a creditor's claim against the estate, for example in case the real estate is co-owned. A lawyer can help you do it right, at a reasonable cost.
