Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
If the judgment order is not for the case that should have been before the court, and I was not notified of a change, and the judge said nothing specific enough to indicate that he had read the correct pleadings, is the appeal deadline affected?

Any judgment in the case that is appealable triggers the appellate deadlines, regardless of whether it is correct or not.

I see nothing in what you have written that would affect in any way the deadline for filing a notice of appeal.
