keeping house with no will

the family agrees to let 1 member buy house that was their moms but we dont know where or what to do to get the trust deed i have some paraledal knowlege

If there is no will or trust, you will need to go through probate in order to change title.

given the way the question is worded and your "extensive paraledal knowledge" my best recommendation is don't do it yourself --- you will definitly screw it up. get an attorney who has an expertise in real estate --- are you amember of the family or just a para somethin with very little knowledge as someone with just a little knowledge would know what to do -- if you are a member of the family i would be weary of excommunication from the family and not having a place at the thanksgiving day table any time soon -- no will or trust means you have to use the court system with which you have no knowledge -- a probate attorney would be highly recommended
