Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

What kind of Questions should I be ready to ask in a Mediation?? My late Boss' partner was authorized to sign anything (checks etc.. ) All of a sudden he has the ownership that as disclosed in the Assets part of the Will. I was thinking of going the other side the Motorcycles but they're now under his name. The Courts know he can sign just like my late boss. I have a draft list made for that day. Should I prepare some sort of speech ? How much should I talk if I don't take a Lawyer.

Talk is cheap. The things you should (or should not) ask or say in a mediation depend on the facts of the case, and you did not provide enough detailed information for anyone to try and help. You might well be better off getting a lawyer to do all the talking.

Unless you can make a lot more sense in mediation than you have in your question, you really need a lawyer.
