lawsuit against estate

a perpetrator of child abuse died from self inflicted wound when police tried to arrest.

since then another minor has come forward.

does this second minor need to go get a police statement done in order to be included in lawsuit against perpetrators estate?

The police don't arrest dead people. Talking to them would therefore be pointless.

The victim needs to start calling lawyers. Watch out for short legal time limits.
