Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Hi there - had to let our lawyer go. He never furnished us with correspondence or status reports. Court appointed administrator has not given us or our former lawyer any of the requested inventory lists or bank records for several months. We have received nothing. The hearing is coming up in two months and we need the records as we suspect monies were moved around and accounts depleted by others prior to court appointing administraitor. Need advice ASAP.
